SO. MANY. THINGS.
1. We only include florals in our local deliveries. (5 mile radius from the zip code 80210).
2. The recipient has to be contacted in advance via phone AND home in order to receive a floral delivery.
3. Be 100% certain that the recipient is in town and will be present at the address on the day you are requesting delivery.
4. If the recipient is not home on the requested day, we can attempt delivery the next day, with their approval. If they are not able to take the florals on the day of or day after your requested date, an entire new floral arrangement needs to be purchased, which is $75.
5. While we try very hard to be specific about a person’s likes, we are at the mercy of nature when it comes to the blooms. They are highly seasonal. We procure what is fresh and in season. Arrangements are unique to the day they are made.

Yes, we ship nationwide but do not ship outside of the US. Hawaii + Alaska are significantly more expensive than the lower 48. All shipments are fully insured and you’ll receive the tracking # on the order confirmation email.

Absolutely! We have a wide variety of inventory and can create your ideal assortment from our inventory. We do not purchase items outside of our inventory. You can customize a giftbox here. Let Katelyn know what you are interested in. Be specific. Perusing our shop page will help give you ideas of the various products. She’ll give you a quote for what you have selected and you can always add more or take away as long as you hit the $125 "customize a giftbox" minimum.
