- We do not ship outside of the United States.
- We ship via UPS and you'll have the option for Ground or 2-Day Air at checkout.
- The turn around time from when you order a box to it shipping out is roughly 4-5 business days. We are not open nor do we ship out on weekends.
- Transit time from our Denver shop to your recipient's home varies based on how far the box is traveling. Expect up to 5 days of transit time to the East Coast and there are always extended transit times around holidays.
- Business addresses are more cost effective than residential addresses.
- Rural towns have up to $5 in "out of range" fees. These are charged entirely by UPS, not Manofatto.
- Our boxes are insured. If an item breaks in transit, please submit a photo of the broken item to katelyn@manofattoshop.com and she'll start a claim with UPS to get the item replaced.
